- Plump cranberries in 1 1/2C Apple cider
- Saute veggies and fruit until soft
- Add bread cubes to saute & toss to coat
- Add poultry seasoning
- Parsley
- Salt & pepper
- Plumped cranberries w/liquid
- Add 2/3's cup of chicken broth (add more liquid as bread soakes it up)
- Add beaten eggs
- Spoon into foil pan
- Add the rest of the chicken broth to pan (when pushing down on stuffing, liquid should seep to the top) leave top uneven
- Cover with parchment & foil
- Bake for 30 min's (remove cover to see if more liquid needs absorbed) if not bake uncovered for an additional 15 min's to brown the top
