  1. Making the Coleslaw ahead: put all the greens together in a salad bowl. In another bow, mix all the liquids together until well combined. Toss the salad in the dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste. The coleslaw should be well coated but not too runny. Cover and put in the fridge to chill for couple of hours in advance.
  2. Making the Spicy Mayo: combine mayonnaise, smoked paprika and Sriracha, mix very well. Set aside.
  3. While the chicken is fried and resting for a couple of minutes, butter and toast the bun on a dry skillet until golden brown on the bottom.
