  2. Add chicken, soy sauce, and wine and cook until skin is a little chard
  3. Optional: Add in hot pepper if you choose to make this dish spicy.
  4. Throw in all of the basil, mix it with rest of the ingredients and close the lid. Let it cook/simmer for a minute and you are done!
