  1. Boil chicken until cooked all the way through. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Combine Soups, Sour Cream, Milk, and Frozen Peas and Carrots in a medium saucepan and allow to heat up.
  3. Shredd chicken and add to the soup mixture.
  4. Pour mixture into a casserole dish.
  5. Add Shredded Cheese.
  6. Mix biscuit dough.
  7. Drop onto chicken and soup mixture.
  8. Bake at 375° for about 45 minutes. Some ovens run hot, some not so much. Check on it at the 30 minute mark.
