  5. Mix rice wine, soy sauce, and sugar in a separate bowl. Then add the sauce to the pan. Add chicken to the pan, mix well, and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce is mostly cooked off.
  6. Add in fresh basil to the pan and mix well. Blend in the rest of sesame oil.
  7. Delicious Three Cup chicken ready to serve!
