  3. In another bowl, add maida (6 tbsp), and add cooking oil (1/4)cup and make it paste.
  4. In a cooking pan, add cooking oil 1/4 cup, onion and fry until light brown.
  5. Now, add ginger garlic paste, salt, chicken mince, turmeric, red chilli powder, red chilli crushed, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Now add water and steam for 5 minutes on low flame.
  7. Now add green coriander for garnishing and cook for 2-3 minutes
  8. Now strain and dry it if water remain.
  9. Now make the kachori by filling cooked chicken and fry in the cooking oil until golden brown.
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
