  15. Prepare 2 cups Milk
  16. Make ready Salt & Pepper

Curry doria (カレードγƒͺγ‚’) consists of a thick curry sauce Although in my mind I tend to think casserole = long cooking time, curry doria comes together really. Instructions to make Curry Doria:
  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Heat Oil in a large frying pan, cook Onion and Garlic until aromatic, add Beef and Carrot, then add Mushrooms. Season with Salt and Curry Powder. Add Cooked Rice and combine well.
  3. To make White Sauce, heat Butter in a saucepan over medium heat until melted and foaming, add Flour and cook stirring until mixture bubbles. Slowly add Milk, stirring constantly until sauce boils and thickens. Season with Salt & Pepper.
  4. Lightly oil a large ovenproof dish, place the rice mixture and pour the White Sauce over. Sprinkle with Cheeses, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
