  1. Light your smoker. You want to be around 220-225 degrees Fahrenheit.

  6. Put the chicken on the smoker. I have an offset smoker, so I place my chicken on the center. It goods equal smoke and heat here.
  7. Cook the chicken low and slow at 225. Spray the chicken with apple juice or your favorite basting liquid every 30 - 45 minutes to ensure they don't dry out.
  8. Once your chicken is cooked, let it sit for 15-30 minutes before you cut into it.
  9. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
