  21. Take 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
  22. Take 1 tsp sesame oil
  23. Get 1 tsp red chilli flakes

This classic Cantonese chow mein is known as "鼓油王炒面", which translates roughly to supreme soy sauce pan fried noodles. Supreme soy sauce chow mein is always served without meat. Instructions to make Chow Mein:
  1. Cut and prepare all ingredients. Marinate the chicken and keep aside.
  2. Boil your noodles al-dente (firm to bite) and keep aside. Mix the ingredients for the sauce and keep aside.
  3. Heat a large pan on high and add oil. Saute veggies and take out so they do not lose crunch and colour. In the same pan quickly saute the chicken and take out as it changes colour. Do not over cook it. Now add minced garlic and stir till fragrant, add in the veggies, chicken, and boiled noodles along with the sauce prepared earlier. Toss and mix well until combined thoroughly.
  4. Turn of the flame and serve hot. Enjoy a happy meal!
