Hey everyone, hope you are having an amazing day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a distinctive dish, ramen. It is one of my favorites food recipes. This time, I’m gonna make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

The ingredients needed to make Ramen:
  1. Make ready Prep time 15 mnts
  2. Make ready Cook time 10 mnts
  3. Prepare Total time 25 mnts
  4. Prepare tbsp sesame oil
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  6. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  7. Prepare 1 small onion diced
  8. Make ready 1 tomato diced
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp ginger grated
  10. Take 1 tbsp garlic grated
  11. Get 1/2 tsp salt
  12. Prepare 2 cups water
  13. Make ready 2 cups chicken stock
  14. Get 1 tbsp soy sauce
  15. Take 1 tbsp vinegar
  16. Get 3 packet instant noodles (knorr or maggi)
  17. Prepare 1/2 cup spring onions finely chopped
  18. Make ready 4 soft boiled eggs
  19. Take Coriander for garnish
  20. Prepare Sesame seeds for garnish
  21. Take Shredded chicken
  22. Get Lemon wedges
  23. Prepare Carrots
Instructions to make Ramen:
  1. Measure all ingredients and keep aside.
  2. Add sriracha sauce and sesame oil in a pot an let it bubble, add the onions and tomatoes and cook for approx. 3 mnts while stirring occasionally. Add ginger garlic and cook for 2 more minutes until soft. Now add water and bring it to a boil. Transfer this into a blender and blend into a smooth mixture. Return it to the pot and add the chicken stock and let it simmer until it boils. Now add soy sauce and vinegar and cook for 5 to 10 more minutes on low heat.
  3. Now put in the noodles and cook for 2 more minutes. You do not want the noodles to over cook or become soggy. Now for plating, in a large bowl, pour in some stock, then the noodles and top it off with shredded chicken, carrots, lemon, spring onions, coriander. egg and anything else that you would like to top it up with. Sprinkle some sesame seeds lastly and enjoy it hot.
