- Prepare 300 ml tomato sauce
- Make ready 150 ml water
- Make ready 3 tsp hot salsa

- Prepare 4 large chili peppers (without seeds)
- Take 50 grams brown sugar
- Prepare 1 basil
- Take 1 lime pepper
- Take 400 grams chicken leg's meat
- Take 250 grams rice
- Make ready 100 grams sour cream
If a little vinegar in a marinade interferes with your seasoning, your seasoning is in pretty bad shape. Please can I see more lol. Whenever i BBQ i use a Jamaican Jerk Pan from Dougi BBQ. I think they are the easiest way to acheive good quality bbq without breaking the bank.
Instructions to make Jerk chicken (my way):
- Peel and square pineapple and lime, set aside 100 grams.
- Thinly slice the vegetables, herbs and ginger.
- Preheat water in a large pot, add the rice and let it cook for half an hour.
- Cut the meat into slices
- Now preheat a large pan. Then stir in tomato sauce, water, herbs and all seasonings except sugar. Keep on stirring.
- Stir in all the vegetable slices, lime and pinapple squares, and sugar. Mix
- Preheat another pan, add some olive oil. As sone as the oil starts to blister, add the meat. It should be sautéd for 4 minutes each side with salt and pepper.
- When the meat is ready, put it into the other pan and let cook for a few minutes
- Now the rice should be done. Serve everything with some sour cream.
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
