  1. Get 1 vegetable oil
  2. Get 1 shredded beef
  3. Prepare 1 garlic salt
  4. Prepare 1 dash Black Pepper
  5. Prepare 1 chicken flavor bouillon
  6. Make ready 1 large Tomatoe
  7. Take 1 bunch of Cilantro
  8. Make ready 1 Anaheim Pepper
  9. Prepare 1 water
  10. Prepare 1 packages Sazon Goya(Tomatoe & Cilantro Flavor)
  11. Prepare 1 white onion
Steps to make Machaca (My way ^_^):
  1. Make sure you have your shredded beef ready. Also dice up your veggies. And have all the condiments ready.
  2. Heat up your pan with some oil. Once its heated throw in your shredded beef. ((Sprinkle some Garlic Salt, Chicken Flavor Bouillon, and Black Pepper to season)) **Don't let it fry too much just until its light brown.
  3. Once meat is light brown. Add all your Veggies and mix it around.
  4. Once your veggies look cooked (usually about 3-5 mins after tossing them in) make a space in the pan and add some water (About 1/2 a cup)
  5. Go ahead and throw in the package of Sazón Goya and stir it well with the water you poured in. Once dissolved, mix it around with everything.
  6. Let it heat a bit. Don't let it cook too much or it will dry up…and you are done!! Enjoy!!
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
