  1. Get 1 onion
  2. Make ready 2 can chopped tomatoes
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp virgin olive oil
  4. Get 2 tbsp tomatoe puree
  5. Get 2 clove Gallic
  6. Make ready 1 pinch salt
  7. Prepare 1 pinch pepper
  8. Get 300 ml chicken stock
  9. Take 350 ml chicken stock

  1. finely chop onion
  2. chop garlic clove
  3. heat oil in a pan and add chooped onion, leave for about five minutes and stirring occasionally .
  4. one soft add garlic and leave for another five minutes, again stirring
  5. add tomatoes and stir well and leave for a further ten minutes making sure not to burn
  6. after ten munite at the chicken stock, stir and bring to the boil. again leave for five minutes on a low heat.
  7. transfer into a food blender and blitz.
  8. add back to pan add tomatoe puree and salt and pepper to taste and stir throughout, making sure paste has all gone.
  9. serve with warm bread
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
