  3. Remove steak, add 2 T oil, reduce heat
  4. Stir in onion, carrot, celery, garlic; saute 2 min
  5. Add tomatoe paste, cook 1 min
  6. Deglaze w brandy and simmer until nearly evaporated
  7. Add pearl onions, tomatoes, broth, Worcestershire, paprika.
  8. Return steak to pot submerged in liquds. Cover, brause in oven hunter tender, apx 1 hr
  9. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
