- Add spices to the chicken and keep aside to marinate (paprika, turmeric, curry powder, black pepper, oregano, rosemary, white pepper)
- When the chicken is marinated for at least 30 mins heat some oil in a pan and tir fry it and keep aside
- Begin making the sauce by heating some oil in a pan
- Add the finely chopped onions and ginger garlic paste
- Saute it for 2 minutes and then add the tomato paste
- Stir fry the tomato paste then add the habanero paste, and parsley
- Fry the sauce for 5 minutes then add the coconut milk
- Cook it through until it thickens
- Add coconut cream and adjust the seasoning
- Add the sauce to the stir fried chicken and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
- Add the stir the tofu
- Garnish with parsley and serve with rice or noodles
