- Take 1 tspn chicken masala

- Boil 4 glasses of water, put in Salt to taste and 2tbs cooking oil then add in the rice and let it cook.
- When the water is almost drying up, stir 1/2tspn of tumeric in 1/4 cup of water and use a spoon to pour the solution on the rice either make stripes with the tumeric or round patches, cove and let it finish cooking.
- When all the water has dried up, take a fork and mix the rice together until it's all mixed up and had a nice white and yellow colour.
- Clean your chicken pieces and marinate them using dark soy sauce, chicken masala, garam masala and tumeric.cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a pan put 1tbsn of cooking oil and when hot put in your chicken pieces one by one and let them cook until golden brown then set aside.
- In the same pan put enough cooking oil fry the onions and garlic until they are golden brown and remove from the pan and put them on the rice that we had already cooked and throw on some bay leaves and mix them together.
- In the pan pour in your blended or grated tomatoes, garlic, tomato paste and stir then pour in 1/2 a cup of hot water and let it cook all the ingredients for 3 minutes then add in the chicken pieces and stir.
- Add in the remaining 1/2 a cup of hot water so that all the flavors marry for 10 minutes (put the fire on low).
- Your chicken is now ready to serve.
- Serve the rice first then the chicken on top. Eat with your hands inorder to enjoy it well. Enjoyπππ
