  1. Wash the boneless chicken and soak with 2 tsps of vinegar for 10 minutes. Wash once again and marinate with 1 beaten egg,red chilli flakes,black pepper,salt and cornflour.
  2. Add a tbsp oil to a deep vessel.Break eggs one by one and make bhurji adding little salt and pepper. Remove on a plate keep aside. In the vessel add another tbsp oil and add the chicken pieces. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Open and stir fry on high for a minute. Remove on a plate.
  3. Keep the chopped vegetables ready. Keep the cooked rice ready.spread it on a big thali.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadhai. Saute the garlic and ginger peices first. Now add the sliced onions and saute. Next goes in the chopped carrot,sliced chillies and capsicum
  5. Add black pepper and stir on high flame. Add the chicken peices
  6. Add the sauces and spring onion greens. Stir fry on high.
  7. Add it to the cooked rice and mix well.
  8. Heat everything in the kadhai. Now add the egg bhurji and mix.
  9. Tasty authentic restaurant style chicken fried rice is ready.
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
